1️⃣ Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it - after that, we can no longer modify the shipment.

📦 We prioritize fast EU-based fulfillment whenever possible. Products may ship from multiple European warehouses depending on availability.

We partner with suppliers that ship directly from European warehouses whenever possible (mainly Germany, France, Poland, and Spain).
Some products may ship from international facilities when EU stock is unavailable — this will be noted on your tracking link.

All prices shown on our site are tax-inclusive in EUR.
However, depending on your destination, import duties and customs fees may apply once your order arrives in your country.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by SurvivalHQ.
