Do you ship worldwide?
Currently, we ship only to Europe and nearby regions.
Our focus is on fast, reliable delivery across the EU and EEA countries.
Where do you ship from?
We partner with trusted suppliers who ship directly from European warehouses whenever possible.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders quickly, you must request any changes or cancellations within 6 hours of ordering.
After that, your order will already be in processing and cannot be modified.
If your item has shipped, you can still return it for a full refund once received.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods, including:

All transactions are securely processed and displayed in EUR.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery time depends on your location and product warehouse.
On average, orders arrive within 7–15 business days for EU destinations, and up to 2–4 weeks in rare cases due to demand or logistics variations.
What if I don't receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 45 days after shipment, you’re eligible for a full refund.
Please contact us at support@survivalhq.eu with your order number so we can assist you.
Will I be charged customs or taxes?
All prices displayed on our website include tax in EUR. However, some countries may apply additional import duties or local VAT upon delivery. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are not covered by SurvivalHQ. We are not responsible for customs delays, but we’ll always help you with tracking and documentation if needed.
How do I return an item?
To start a return, contact support@survivalhq.eu with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll guide you through the steps.
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging.
What if the item(s) I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the defective or incorrect item(s)
We’ll replace or refund your order promptly once verified.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds are processed to your original payment method.
If you paid by card, it may take 7–10 business days for your bank to post the refund after we issue it.
If you haven’t received your credit after that period, please check with your bank or card issuer.
